Who is taking advantage of the crisis in Lebanon?

People in Lebanon have been demanding the exit of the corrupt leaders and political party as a government that is not associated with the current ruling party replaces the current order and tightens anti-corruption measures while implementing pending reforms.

Lebanon is in the worst state a country could be in. There is economic crisis, political order has failed, situation after the Beirut blast is out of control and there many other problems that the country is facing along with active terrorism in place.

Last month acting prime minister of the country, Mustafa Adib, resigned after failing to form a government despite warnings from European countries. In August, the public protested after the then prime minister, Hassan Diab, failed to address the beirut blast and take immediate measures for the public.

One of the prime causes of the situation is corruption. The level of corruption in the middle eastern country has increased to the extent that one can not even calculate where and when has the money been used or whose pocket it has filled. The currency has also depreciated by 80% due to which, there are interruptions in the supply of medicines, grain, fuel, prices and the number of unemployed are growing.

Lebanon along with Syria, Iraq and Yemen have become places to serve larger interests for Iran. Iran aims at taking over the middle eastern nations to dominate the region. Hezbollah has a great influence in Lebanon and it is a known fact that Iran funds the terrorist group. Slowly the group is capturing weaker nations and claiming territories to let Iran finally take over the charge of it,

Other Arab nations will be only helping Lebanon if a stable government is ensured by the order. That has left a lot of scope for Iran to fulfill its selfish needs. Even America has shown quite a lot of interest in Lebanon but stopped mid way after seeing that anything crossing the Lebanon border needs Hezbollah approval. China on the other hand is only focusing on the benefits. The total cost of China's projects in Lebanon was estimated at $ 12.5 billion. The rapprochement between Lebanon and China is approved by Hezbollah.

Turkey is another factor why the country is unable to sustain a government. One of the reasons why Adib resigned was Turkey’s influence in the region. It is also looking for power and squeezing out oil from Tripoli. So needless to say, this vulnerability of Lebanon is an advantage for a lot of other countries who are looking to use the situation to their convenience and create more trouble for the country.

Israeli settlers have once again attacked religious minorities in the region, this time targeting a church in East Jerusalem.

According to reports, the settlers assaulted clerics and worshippers at the Church of the Sepulchre of Saint Charbel, causing damage to the property and injuring several people. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also undermines efforts to promote peace and stability in the region. Attacks on religious minorities are a direct attack on religious freedom and must be condemned by all. It is also important to ensure the safety and protection of religious minorities and their places of worship, as guaranteed by international law. this incident is a sad reminder of the ongoing conflict in the region and the need for a comprehensive and just solution. It is up to all of us to work together to promote understanding, tolerance, and respect for different beliefs and cultures, and to build a brighter and more peaceful future for all.

Agit Polat, a spokesman for the Kurdish centre, charged that French officials "yet again failed to safeguard us... This is a terrorist attack in our eyes, according to the AFP news agency. In the afternoon, a number of protestors, largely from the Kurdish diaspora, got into a fight with the police outside the centre and in the streets close by, throwing rocks and torching trash cans. Police use...
