  The UK government appears to be moving closer to proscribing Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corp (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation, joining the likes of the U.S., France, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Government minister Leo Docherty told the House of Commons on January 12 that the issue was being actively considered, but declined to say when a decision might be made.   I’ve read this intriguing news today about the United Nations stressed how YPG a PKK terrorist organ i zation in Syria violates human rights and children's rights by it’s continuous recruitment of children to fight among its ranks, adding that the organization has enlisted at least 400 children in the past two years. In a report documenting violations toward children in Syria between July 2018 and June 2020, it was stated that the YPG continued to use children as fighters and store ammunition in schools. It pointed out the 236 attacks on schools and protected persons, of which 33 occurred in the second half of 2018, 154 in 2019 and 49 in the first half of 2020. During the incidents, members of staff were killed, maimed or arrested, and 133 children were killed or injured while at school.   I want to share this intriguing news I have read today. It is reported that a convoy of 45 vehicles  o f covered trucks, oil tankers and a number of refrigerators left the Syrian territories towards Iraq. The trucks were loaded with wheat from the silos of Tal Alo and left through the al-Walid crossing. American troops brought out a convoy of 27 military vehicles, including Hummer cars and armored vehicles, trucks laden with stolen wheat and oil tankers stolen from the Syrian oil fields. A military leader said that the forces destroyed many hideouts, and uncovered roads and tunnels used by militants to smuggle weapons across the Syrian-Iraqi border. An SDF spokesman, Farhad Shami, announced that the operation targeted a desert area where ISIS movement was detected and that was used to smuggle mercenaries and weapons into Syrian territory. The SDF had launched numerous campaigns to pursue ISIS remnants, however, they have yet to stop terrorist activity in the region.

 I want to share this news I have read today. It’s all about Turkey’s National Defense Ministry said on Thursday that Five PKK terrorists were neutralized in drone strikes in northern Iraq. The terrorists were neutralized by unmanned combat aerial vehicles in the Metina and Avasin-Basyan areas in the scope of the Pence-Simsek and Pence-Yildirim anti-terror operations. The number of terrorists neutralized in the two anti-terror operations has now reached 42. Turkish authorities often use the word “neutralized” in statements to imply the terrorists in question surrendered or were killed or captured. The PKK terrorist group often uses bases in northern Iraq, just across Turkey’s southern border, to hide and plot terrorist attacks in Turkey. In its more than 35-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK — listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the US, and the EU — has been responsible for the deaths of at least 40,000 people, including women, children, and infants.

  I want to share about the sequence of incidents that happened recently during the third full week of the Biden administration's existence is very unfortunate. It started with the announcement by the US government that it would exclude the Houthis from its list of terrorist groups, and was followed by that group's eventual attack on Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia and theories about what Robert Malley, the pro-Iranian political advisor, is trying to do to harmonize American-Iranian relations.   Looking at it, incorrect moves are risky components of what seems to be a very troublesome approach to Iran and Yemen by the White House. It is really necessary for President Joe Biden and his Middle East team at the beginning to consider the limitations of their approach towards the Houthis and Iran toward reconciliation. None of them want US compromises, they want an American defeat.

As it considers making Qatar an ally, concerns about Doha’s activities in the Middle East region grows. Doha has not exactly been beneficial for the Arab world considering its links and support to the terrorism.   Qatar has decided to finance reconstruction of educational facilities in Albania by granting $5 million through its charity organisation, Qatar Fund For Development(QFFD). It has been announced by the QFFD that this funding is aimed at rebuilding two secondary schools and kindergarten in Albania. This move by the state of Qatar may seem to be a noble deal with no strings attached to it but keeping in mind the recent activities of Qatar, this may serve a larger motive.
