  The Eiffel Tower in France has lit up with messages of support for protesting women in Iran. The slogan "Femme, Vie, Liberte" was seen on the landmark in Paris, which translates to "Women, Life, Freedom". Mass protests have been continuing since the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini four months ago.  The death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini after being detained by Iran’s morality police has sparked unprecedented protests across the country. Videos have emerged across social media showing young protesters, often women, demonstrating in defiance and often facing a violent response from the police. The Iranian government says protesters are a dangerous threat, and has blamed the US and Israel for spreading the unrest. The BBC's Rana Rahimpour looks at why this movement is unlike any Iran’s seen before.

All the countries who have feared Iran going rogue after the United States withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear deal are urging the gulf nation oto not squander the chance to salvage the nuclear deal in future.   French Prime Minister Jean Castex said on Wednesday that the law which strengthens the principles of the Republique, and presented on Wednesday, is not "against religion," but targets "the pernicious thought that bears the name of extremist Islam." According to Agence France Press, after the cabinet meeting, Castex reaffirmed that this law is not a text against religions, or Islam in particular. He stressed that "on the contrary, it is a law of freedom, a law of protection and a law of emancipation in the face of religious fundamentalism." The law came after a series of bloody attacks in response to cartoons featuring the Prophet Muhammad published by Charlie Hebdo. The newspaper was already the target of an attack in 2015.

This expert said in a statement on Friday that "action will be taken against all those who continue to incite Islamists." He accused the Turkish president of inciting violence in Europe. Ozdemir argued that Islamist groups in his country will be treated differently than before and monitoring their activities. Recently, the PM also summoned the French ambassador to Pakistan after teh foreign ministry released a statement saying that France is carrying a systematic Islamophobic campaign under the garb of freedom of expression.” Macron is under a lot of pressure after Islamic countries are trying to unite against the European country especially after Turkey tried to lodge an aggressive campaign against Macron.   France and Egypt are making efforts to settle things in crisis struck Libya by coming up with newer ways to solve the things in the country. On October 13, according to a statement announced by the french ambassador to Egypt, it was revealed that the two countries--Egypt and France, will be coordinating on efforts to make this work in Libya.
