 International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the incredible achievements of women around the world, but it is also a time to reflect on the progress that still needs to be made. While it's nice to receive chocolates and flowers, what we really need is a commitment to creating a future of true equality. For far too long, women have been denied the same opportunities as men.
