Upcoming Changes And Middle East

The year 2022 was tough for the Middle East Because of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The USA and Russia jumped to get diplomatic engagement for their nation of this region and in between the food security crisis became worse. To fulfill the energy needs of Europe, the EU comes closer to middle eastern nations. And India also expanded their influence in this region, a bowl of energy. We cannot forget the QUAD, which is also impacting this region.

In between world races, middle eastern countries are holding their autonomy and status tightly. The middle east is free from clashes and maintains peace to promote regional development. China's global diplomacy is also a notable point that is taking it to another level.

After COVID-19, the major countries of the world do not want to take interest in the Middle East. As we had seen the US troops leaving Afghanistan, Syria, and Libya were also left with troops of Russian soldiers – Russia reduced their soldiers there.

But the war between Russia – Ukraine had changed the game! The whole relationship with middle eastern countries has become the center for the world powers. The Middle East has been a strategic region and major countries are vying for influence.

The hope is that the middle eastern region has lost the time of the pandemic because the world was on lockdown and is now comeback with the war between Russia and Ukraine. Now the countries have a strategy of multi-polarization with the world. They can boost their economic reputation at the same time. They the have opportunity to sign MOUs with the USA on defense pacts, and many other options to increase the relation with India, China, and Russia – to make some bigger steps toward energy security.

Middle Eastern countries will seek new progress with changes in the year 2023. As this new year is holding many things like the election of Turkey, the strategy of Isreal’s government on Jewish citizens, and Iran’s steps to establish itself in between the world as he is on the sideline. Most Arab are looking for development paths for their national conditions.

In the end, only can see that peace and development are just on the sideline in the Middle Eastern region.

Israeli settlers have once again attacked religious minorities in the region, this time targeting a church in East Jerusalem.

According to reports, the settlers assaulted clerics and worshippers at the Church of the Sepulchre of Saint Charbel, causing damage to the property and injuring several people. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also undermines efforts to promote peace and stability in the region. Attacks on religious minorities are a direct attack on religious freedom and must be condemned by all. The Israeli authorities must take swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and hold them accountable for their actions. It is also important to ensure the safety and protection of religious minorities and their places of worship, as guaranteed by international law. this incident is a sad reminder of the ongoing conflict in the region and the need for a comprehensive and just solution. It is up to all of us to work together to promote understanding, tolerance, and respect for different beliefs and cultures, and to build a brighter and more peaceful future for all.
