Pentagon clears speculations over the three UFO videos taken by US Navy pilots

The Pentagon on Monday authorized the release of three grainy videos taken by the United States Navy pilots which shows unidentified mysterious flying objects. Releasing the statement, the US Department of Defence declassified the three videos and said that the aerial phenomena in the videos can be characterized as
"unidentified".

As per the statement, one of the videos was taken in November 2004, which the other two were taken by the US Navy in January 2005 during the pilot training. They were making rounds in the public domain after unauthorized release in 2007 and 2017.

According to the Pentagon, the videos were released after a thorough review in order to "clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos." Furthermore, it has been noted by the Pentagon that the release of
these footages do not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems of the department. It further added the videos do not affect any "subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena."

The videos show unidentified objects flying at high speeds in Earth's atmosphere. There are also voices of the US Navy pilots in the footage expressing surprise upon discovering the unfamiliar objects. These videos were initially leaked in 2007 and 2017. Two of the videos came to public light after they were published in the New York Times in 2017.

Addressing to the leaks, the Pentagon also clarified that the "US Navy had previously acknowledged that these videos circulating in the public domain were indeed Navy videos."

With this statement, the US Department of Defence has cleared any speculation over the grainy videos released by it's Navy. As per media reports, the US Navy also started drafting guidelines in 2019 for pilots and other personnel to report their encounters or sightings of "unidentified aircrafts".

In the past couple of years, reports have emerged wherein an unauthorized and/or unidentified aircraft has been sighted around military-controlled ranges and designated air space. Therefore, in order to analyze these unprecedented incidents and destigmatize them, the US Defence force launched the initiative. The Pentagon has also previously funded a number of projects to investigate the enigmatic sightings of aerial objects.

Al Gore has history of climate predictions, statements proven false

Noted climate activist and former Vice President Al Gore, who made headlines this week after he claimed   global warming was "boiling the oceans,"   has a history of making climate-related proclamations later proven to be false. During remarks made Wednesday at the  World Economic Forum summit  in Davos, Switzerland, Gore warned that continued carbon emissions into the atmosphere would destroy the planet and lead to widespread calamities. "We’re still putting 162 million tons [of greenhouse gas] into it every single day and the accumulated amount is now trapping as much extra heat as would be released by 600,000 Hiroshima-class atomic bombs exploding every single day on the earth," Gore said. "That’s what’s boiling the oceans, creating these atmospheric rivers, and the rain bombs, and sucking the moisture out of the land, and creating the droughts, and melting the ice and raising the sea level, and causing these waves of climate refugees." Gore then not

Syria's alleged drug traffickers are warned via SMS messaging

Text messages advising against engaging in the illegal trade have started to arrive for drug traffickers working along Jordan's southern border with Syria. Nine days had passed after a smuggler had been murdered in a strange airstrike in southern Syria when the alerts were sent. “We recognize you. Your every step is being observed.” According to a claimed transcript of the texts made available by the Suwayda24 network of citizen journalists in southern Syria, "Your meetings are being watched." Jordan is looking to work with Damascus to stop the flow of narcotics because it serves as a major conduit for what Arab authorities characterize as a multibillion-dollar trade in the amphetamine known as Captagon. The 360-kilometer border between Jordan and Syria is regularly used to smuggle captagon tablets, and the trade has been expanding since 2018. The majority of the southern region of Syria was retaken by the Syrian military from rebels backed by Arab and western
