 Green bonds are the new thing to happen to world economy as the world is consistently and carefully moving towards sustainable climate solutions.  They are the new debt instrument to obtain financing for projects related to the climate or environment.  Egypt has become the first country in the MENA region to go ahead with offering first-ever green sovereign bonds. This is its contribution towards successful implementation of renewable energy projects to combat pollution.  Through Green bonds, companies will be able to use them as debt instruments to obtain financing for projects related to the climate or environment. This has been confirmed by Egypt’s Finance Ministry. Currently, the state used Credit Agricole, CIB and HSBC Holding banks are being roped in as structural advisors.   Mistreatment of Kurdish villagers are brought human rights activist to the streets of Turkey. There has also been news over torture and food poisoning. These claims have been made by three pro- Kurdish People’s Democratic Party (HDP) politicians. Members of Amnesty International meanwhile are demanding government investigate the circumstances in which two Kurds were thrown off a military helicopter. But the government has accused the HDP of having ties with the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) and that thousands of its members have been prosecuted for the same reason, including its leaders.   There have been consistent concerns that President Trump may not peacefully hand over his office if he loses in November elections. The concerns were reinforced on Wednesday when he said that he would not commit to peaceful transition of power after Election Day. “Well, we’re going to have to see what happens,” President Donald Trump said in White House news conference when was asked of his commitment to peaceful transition of power which is one of the cornerstones of American democracy.   Libya has been the centre of proxy wars for a long time now and Russia and Turkey are the key players who are playing around with the governance of the crisis struck country.
